Frida is an internationally certified massage, yoga and body therapist. Her experience as a communication designer and visual artist has enabled her to study and develop the art of natural movement, bringing refreshing new elements for the discovery of your inner sense of well being. Her work facilitates the cleansing of stored emotional stress & trauma on both muscular and cellular levels.

Body Counselling
“How to make friends with your body”. Body and soul are infinitely connected. In working consciously with your physical body, it can allow you glimpses into your most inner psyche. Gradually it allows us to unravel our own history imprinted and expressed in our physical body.
This “clearing body work” enables you to step onto a new level of communication with yourself. In your sessions there will be plenty of time to talk and process physical and emotional experiences.
Counselling, movement, massage, art therapy, and breath work will be the modalities you will be working in. You can start a new chapter, shaping body and soul in a different way. This work facilitates a deep inner recognition.

Body Reading
A reading of the personal history expressed in your body structure and shape. You will receive a body sketch hand drawn by the therapist and artist depicting proportions, balances/imbalances, energy blockages and posture in a comprehensive visual. Posture adjustments and new solutions in regards to a desired state of balance and harmony in you body will be discussed.
Spinal Energy Alignment
Specifically unblocking the spinal cord to release "Kundalini Energy". This modality will noticeably rise your energy level. Especially recommended for locked sexual energy, chronic fatigue, depression, insommnia etc.
Breath Therapy
“Breathing with Ease. Breathing instead of choking”
Breathe is the first gift you receive when you step into this world. We breathe approximately 30,000 times a day.
In breath therapy, Frida will be teaching you how to make full use of this high potential. In simple steps, you will gradually build up your confidence and ability in breathing to your fullest.
A genuine and unique method will teach you to breathe again to the fullest. Fully breathing, the best start to fullfill your full potential.
You will learn to extend your breath into the full breathing space (excellent for asthmatics, long term bronchitis, heavy smokers). You will learn to breathe while you move, establishing an even flow of breath. The benefits are a heightened sense of well being, physical and mental balance, a nourishing even breath, more flexibility and joy.

Posture Training
As a skilled yoga teacher and therapist, Frida will assess your posture and how it effects you currently within your body. Change postural habits through simple adjustments:
