Body Nature Yoga

Frida Lezius is a certified senior teacher with 12 years of practice and 9 years of teaching experience.

Her teaching background is strongly formed by extensive training with Nicky Knoff,Iyengar senior teacher, Cairns, Sri Pattabhi Jois and B.K.S. Iyengar Iyengar in Mysore, India and an apprenticeship with Godfrey Devereux, Dynamic Yoga Teacher, Ibiza Spain.

Fridas personal approach to teaching is based on the eight fold path of Astanga Yoga.

Her rounded personal teaching style involves the principles of breath , bandha and vinyasa, as well as a large emphasis on the use of props and detailed alignment principles.

Frida also teaches pranayama, yoga Nidra,meditation and Yoga as therapy.

In her classes and workshops she delivers competently dynamic and still asana practise, as well as chanting, philosophy, pranayama and meditation.
